I was thinking we should keep this as our blog. Maybe update it once in a while. We've been back for 2 1/2 weeks now. I have a job teaching piano at the Hovland Conservatory part-time & Josh is still looking around & applying. He'll find something. 

We've also been looking at real estate & what it takes to get a house. With the market so low we figured, why not! We can get a place for the same monthly as renting an apartment & actually be putting the money toward something. We talked to a realtor & lender, they both seemed very positive about the whole thing. So as soon as Josh gets hired somewhere we'll be moving forward with that. :) Yay!!
